Gallant's Fluid Management Program was founded on the premise that the customer must be able to, and most often does, rely on the specific knowledge of their vendors. However, with consumable supplies, product sales volume is the goal of the typical supplier, which is in direct conflict with the customer's primary goal of reducing consumption and cost. Our Program allows the customer to leverage the annual chemical budget in order to receive an on-site chemical management program and recycling equipment. The Program also includes inbound chemical inventory management and outbound liquid waste disposal. There are no fees for the service as it is paid for by the efficiencies it produces. A simple outline of the process: The family of chemicals and services to be managed is identified and a baseline of consumption per manufactured part is developed. (i.e. annual chemical spend $150,000 / annual production 1,650,000= baseline cost .0909) The programs cost each month is determined by the plant production multiplied by the baseline cost per part ( i.e. 137,500 parts x $.0909 = $12,500) This allows your costs to flow with your income. Gallant would be responsible to: Measure chemical inventory Order and Trace the chemicals involved Measure and Maintain the proper chemical mix ratios Maximize chemical recycling efforts Manage the disposal of waste chemicals Provide a monthly summary invoice of chemicals and services involved Because Gallant does not manufacture the products, we use the same items from the same vendors: There is no need to change anything!
